HLT is looking for a motivated Junior Designer to assist our Design Team. The position will amplify the productivity of our team by executing production of design assets. You will work closely with world-class designers on mobile learning apps used by millions of students. HLT is a startup environment where the work is fast paced and requires a motivated individual who will learn quickly.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Be production support to designers on a range of UX/UI and marketing projects
  • Follow precise design direction to accurately produce deliverables to spec
  • Follow existing style guides and templates to build graphic assets
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the design team and development team
  • Background requirements
  • Sketch (mastery of the application is preferred but willing to work with someone who can learn quickly)
  • Adobe CC skills (mainly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
  • Solid technical design skills
  • Attributes that will help
  • Responsive, proactive, accurate and timely
  • Open to feedback and follows direction well
  • Fantastic organizational and file management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
